Made-to-Order Items

• All made-to-order items are non-refundable. These items are custom-crafted to your specifications, and therefore, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

Stock Items

• Stock items are returnable within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact us at Contact@hiredgunspb.com with your order details and reason for return.
• Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

Additional Notes

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Please retain your shipping receipt for tracking purposes, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
